General 5 questions

Ashviit IT Solutions is a full-service technology company specialising in custom software development, mobile app development, web design, UI/UX, digital marketing, and IT consulting. We work with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across healthcare, fintech, retail, logistics, and education — helping them build digital products that solve real problems.

We were founded in 2016 and have been growing steadily since. Over the past decade we've delivered 200+ projects for 150+ clients across 20+ countries. Our team has grown to 80+ engineers, designers, and strategists.

We work with both. A significant portion of our portfolio is early-stage startups that came to us with an idea and needed help scoping, designing, and building their MVP. We also work with established enterprises on modernisation and scale projects. If you have a real problem to solve, we want to talk.

Yes, absolutely. We have active clients in the UAE, United Kingdom, USA, Singapore, and across Southeast Asia. We work fully remotely with structured communication via Slack, Jira, and weekly video calls — clients rarely feel the timezone gap.

Absolutely. We take confidentiality seriously and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any project details are shared. Just mention it in your initial message or on the discovery call and we'll send the agreement promptly — typically within 24 hours.
Process 5 questions

We follow an agile, milestone-based process with six stages: Discovery (requirements, user research, technical audit), Design (wireframes, UI/UX prototype), Development (2-week sprints), QA & Testing (automated + manual), Launch, and Post-launch Support. You get a live demo at the end of every sprint so nothing is hidden until the end.

We're flexible. For clients who want to be deeply involved, we run daily stand-ups, shared Jira boards, and Slack channels. For clients with limited bandwidth, a one-hour weekly call and end-of-sprint demo is sufficient. We adapt to your availability — but clear feedback within 48 hours on deliverables keeps projects moving smoothly.

Timelines depend on scope, but as a rough guide: a marketing website takes 3–5 weeks; an MVP mobile app or web app typically takes 8–14 weeks; a complex enterprise platform can take 4–9 months. We provide a detailed project plan with milestones during the proposal stage so you have full visibility before committing.

We use Jira or Trello for project tracking, Slack for daily communication, Figma for design handoffs, GitHub / GitLab for code, and Google Meet / Zoom for video calls. All clients get access to their project board from day one.

Yes. Full intellectual property — including all source code, design assets, documentation, and database schemas — transfers to you upon final payment. This is explicitly stated in our standard project agreement. You'll never be locked in to us for ongoing access to your own codebase.
Pricing 5 questions

We offer both models. Fixed price works well for projects with clearly defined scope — you know the cost upfront. Time & materials suits projects where scope evolves over time. We'll recommend the right model after reviewing your requirements during the discovery phase.

For fixed-price projects, we typically structure payments as: 30% on project kickoff, 40% at mid-project milestone, and 30% on final delivery. For longer engagements, we bill monthly. We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT), UPI, Razorpay, PayPal, and Wise for international clients.

Yes. On the free consultation call we can share indicative ranges based on similar past projects. A simple marketing website typically ranges from ₹60,000 – ₹1.5 Lakhs; an MVP mobile app from ₹3 – 8 Lakhs; a complex web platform from ₹8 – 30+ Lakhs. Formal proposals with line-item breakdown are provided after the discovery session.

No hidden charges. Our proposal is comprehensive — it covers design, development, QA, deployment, and a defined support period. Recurring costs that are outside our control (cloud hosting, third-party APIs, domain registration, app store fees) are itemised separately and clearly labelled as pass-through costs.

Yes. We offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing development, feature additions, and maintenance — starting from ₹25,000/month for small apps. Retainers include a guaranteed number of development hours, priority response times, and a dedicated point of contact.
Technical 5 questions

Our stack spans the full spectrum: Frontend — React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular; Mobile — Flutter, React Native, Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android); Backend — Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), Go, Spring Boot; Cloud — AWS, Azure, GCP; Databases — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL. We choose the stack that best fits your project's performance, scalability, and team requirements.

Yes. We regularly take over existing codebases, perform technical audits, refactor legacy systems, and add new features alongside your in-house team. Our onboarding process includes a thorough architecture review so we fully understand what we're working with before making any changes.

Security is built-in from the start, not bolted on after. Our practices include: OWASP Top 10 compliance checks, input validation and parameterised queries to prevent SQL injection, HTTPS enforcement, JWT/OAuth 2.0 authentication, role-based access control, encrypted storage for sensitive data, and regular dependency vulnerability scans. For regulated industries (healthcare, fintech) we also implement sector-specific compliance — HIPAA, PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines.

Yes. We handle full DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Docker containerisation, Kubernetes orchestration, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), AWS/GCP/Azure setup, load balancers, auto-scaling, and monitoring (Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana). We also document everything so your team can manage it independently after handoff.

Scalability is a core design principle, not an afterthought. We architect systems using horizontal scaling, caching layers (Redis, CDN), database sharding strategies, and event-driven microservices where appropriate. We also perform load testing before every major release to verify the system handles projected peak traffic with headroom.
Support 5 questions

All projects include a 30-day free warranty period after launch, during which we fix any bugs at no charge. After that, clients can choose from our monthly support retainer packages or book ad-hoc hours as needed. We also offer a dedicated 24/7 SLA-backed support plan for mission-critical production systems.

Response times depend on your support plan: Standard — next business day; Priority — 4-hour response during business hours; Enterprise SLA — 1-hour response, 24/7 coverage with on-call engineers. Critical production incidents (system down) are escalated immediately regardless of plan.

Absolutely. Most of our long-term client relationships start with a single project and grow into an ongoing partnership. New feature requests go through a brief scoping process, get estimated, and are added to the development queue. Many clients opt for a monthly retainer to keep a block of hours ready for continuous improvement.

Yes. Every project includes: technical documentation (architecture diagrams, API docs, deployment runbooks), an admin user manual for non-technical team members, and a handover session (video call walkthrough). For complex systems we also offer structured training workshops for your team.

Client satisfaction is our priority. If a deliverable doesn't meet the agreed specification, we revise it at no extra charge. We use milestone-based approvals throughout the project so issues are caught early — not at the end. In the rare case of a serious disagreement, our contract includes a clear dispute resolution process, and we always aim for a fair outcome.
